Chamber and GetintheLoop support business

April 22, 2020 – A new partnership will allow Greater Vernon businesses to promote their products and services during the Covid-19 pandemic.

The Greater Vernon Chamber of Commerce and GetintheLoop have created a Community Connection program, which provides local businesses with free access to GetintheLoop’s mobile marketing platform.

As the leading voice of business in Greater Vernon, we saw a need for our members to communicate with the public during this challenging time,” said Krystin Kempton, Greater Vernon Chamber president.

“The Community Connection program is an ideal way for businesses and residents to remain connected through smartphones, email and the Internet. This support will be extremely important as the community moves towards recovery.”

Along with local business information, Community Connection will provide delivery or curbside pick-up options, gift card programs, online classes, and incentives to support local businesses now, when they need it the most.

"We're thrilled to partner with an innovative, community-minded organization like the Greater Vernon Chamber, that can use our technology to help the community stay connected, and support local entrepreneurs during this critical time,” said Matt Crowell, GetintheLoop founder and chief executive officer.
