About Us
The Okanagan Screen Arts Society is a non-profit, volunteer based, arts group which began in 2016, showing independent films on Monday nights. In 2019 we brought 11,000 audience members to the downtown core. We provide annual bursaries to students pursuing education in the field of Fine Arts. In June 2021, we took over the operations of the Vernon Towne Theatre in order to keep the venue alive and the downtown core thriving.
