About Us
Red Road Recovery has several Assisted Living Supportive Recovery residences including one in Sorrento, the Ranch in Lumby and the Rise in Salmon Arm. Our rehabilitation program focuses on healing the mind, body, and spirit through the bio-psychosocial model, integrated with traditional Indigenous healing practices and recovery through the 12 steps. We are proud to partner with local Indigenous communities to include cultural programming such as a sweat lodge onsite, medicine wheel teachings, art therapy, and spiritual guidance. Canadian Certified Addiction Counsellors are onsite 6 days a week and facilitate group therapy and provide individual counselling sessions to support clients in building a strong foundation of recovery. Extra-curricular programming includes but is not limited to equine therapy, yoga and meditation, a gym onsite, nature walks, boating in the summer, snowshoeing in the winter, and everything else the beautiful land has to offer.
