About Us

My name is Marc and I’m Owner and trainer at Let’s Talk Communication.

I am extremely passionate about the company I founded that is looking to bring back the Lost Art of Conversation and helping others bring it back. With over 40 years of experience in the customer service industry working with mom and pop companies to corporations, I know what it takes to having meaningful and productive conversations.

With all the developments in technology over the last number of years, email, text and social media I have seen the art of conversation get lost in the shuffle and I want to bring that lost art back to life.

I was working with individuals, businesses, nonprofit organizations and school districts on the coast but with me being new to the Okanagan area, I want to continue to share my experience and knowledge with all of the above in our region as well as other communities.

I enjoy working with anyone or any group, business or organization and the best part of my programs, workshops or training sessions is I tailor my sessions to my clients needs and expectations.
