About Us

2M Performance was established in 2019 to provide coaching in Performance Measurement for SME's and other organizations, with the intention of Reducing Costs, developing Efficient Processes, improving Customer Satisfaction and Increasing Profitability.

Robert Scott, the founder of 2M. has a background in engineering, operational management, regulatory compliance, recruitment and training and consulting. He has worked in the UK, Europe, Middle East, Asia, North America, and has extensive experience in cross-cultural environments. He is the author of numerous articles on Organizational Performance and how it can be transformed. He is adamant that goals must be clearly defined, measurable and realistic; measures must focus on results not actions, and processes must be designed to achieve those results. Information must be displayed in an easily understandable form. If targets are not being met adjustments must be made to ensure that they are, or targets must be recalculated. Care must be taken to ensure that, not only are the goals written in clear measurable terms, but that what is being measured is critical to the success of the organisation. Often there is a tendency to measure too much, which results in a mass of irrelevant data.

As the old adage says, Measure only what Matters. Measuring the right things is key: measures should help provide value to the customer, build a solid foundation on which to confidently move the business to the next level of development and help to achieve the aims. Robert has worked in both with -, and non-profits. He is passionate about success and how teamwork contributes to that. A team that understands the aims of the organization will display enthusiasm and loyalty, rewarding strong and considerate leadership, resulting in satisfied clients.
