Lead Installer – Natural Gas Furnaces, Air Conditioning, Heat Pumps, Ductless Heat Pumps & Air Quality Products

Vernon Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electrical Services is seeking a Lead Installer with expertise in natural gas furnaces, air conditioning, heat pumps (ducted and ductless), and air quality products. Key Responsibilities: Install natural gas furnaces, air conditioning systems, ductless heat pumps, and air quality products. Ensure installations meet the highest standards of quality, with attention to detail and adherence to safety codes. Collaborate with our team to complete jobs on time and within the assigned timelines. Provide excellent customer service and represent the company’s commitment to quality and integrity on every job. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, and complete all necessary documentation. Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of HVAC installation experience. Gas Fitter B license (mandatory). Completed Refrigeration Ticket or actively working towards it. Sheet metal experience is an asset. Clean driver’s abstract (required). Pride in your craftsmanship and a commitment to doing the small things that make a big difference in work quality. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to various project demands. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Training & Development: Ongoing required technical training to ensure skills stay sharp and up to date. Optional technical and business training available to support career growth. Compensation and Benefits: $5000 Signing Bonus (paid after successful completion of your 3-month probationary period) Hourly wage: $55/hr. Completion bonuses based on what you install (e.g., $200 for completing a heating and cooling system in one day, paid one month later, contingent on no call-backs). $20 per Google review mentioning your name. Extended health and dental benefits after 3 months. Four weeks of vacation.
