Full-Stack Marketer
ROLE SUMMARY
We’re looking for a Full-Stack Marketer — someone who can execute across all marketing channels: digital, print, local, and analytic. This is a hands-on role for someone who can launch Google Ads in the morning, design a flyer by noon, update website content in the afternoon, and analyze performance over coffee.
You’ll be helping us grow our brand and generate leads across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services in Vernon and surrounding areas. You'll work closely with the Marketing Manager and coordinate with Sales, Office, and CSR teams to keep our pipeline full and our message clear.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Digital Marketing
? Manage paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads)
? Update and optimize website content (via CMS or with web vendor)
? Execute email and SMS campaigns (promo blasts, service reminders, nurture sequences)
Track and report key metrics (clicks, conversions, cost per lead, SEO rankings)
Content & Brand
? Write and post to social media regularly (with a local voice and trades credibility)
? Design flyers, vehicle graphics, door hangers, and other branded materials
? Capture and curate photos/videos from the fi eld (for stories, ads, testimonials)
? Create seasonal or promotion-based campaigns across channels
Coordination & Execution
? Work with vendors (printers, graphic designers, SEO contractors) to deliver assets on time
? Align with Sales team on upcoming service focus or quote promotions
? Communicate campaign details to CSRs and front office (scripts, offers, etc.)
? Manage marketing calendar and help ensure deliverables stay on track
Analytics & Reporting
? Set up campaign tracking (UTMs, call tracking numbers, form fi lls)
? Build dashboards or reports to summarize performance weekly/monthly
? Make data-driven suggestions to improve campaigns or shift budget focus

? WHO YOU ARE
? 2–4 years of marketing experience (bonus if in trades, service, or local business)
? Jack-of-all-marketing-trades — you’ve built a landing page, launched an ad, and sent an email… this week
? Confident in design, copywriting, analytics, and platforms (you don’t need to Google “UTM”)
? You love making things happen. You don’t need a 20-slide deck to get started.
