Accounting Assistant

Requirements:

  • Experience in a cloud environment
  • Experience in a paperless environment
  • Competent with Microsoft Office 365
  • Good Excel skills
  • Experience with accounting software packages

Very nice to have:
  • QBO, Xero, and Hubdoc experience

Education:
  • 2 year accounting diploma or greater

Experience:
  • 2 years in a bookkeeping, staff accountant, or accounting clerk role

Other:
  • Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Driver's licence and vehicle required
  • Must be located in Vernon and area
  • Role is partly work from home and partly in-person
  • Flexible hours and days per week
