Robyn is a People & Culture Specialist, owner of Moxy HR Inc., and Founder of the Workforce Hub Shuswap.   With twenty years’ experience supporting leaders and organizations with their people-management and human resource needs, Robyn has been serving Shuswap and Okanagan business owners and employers with outsourced HR support and advice for the past seven years.  

With a passion for aligning operational activities with big picture strategy and goals, Robyn provides support and advice on a broad range of topics, from human resources advisory to workforce planning, facilitation and strategic planning. 

Robyn believes that organizational success is dependent on a solid people strategy, and is an advocate for building strong foundations first. With a big-picture lens, she partners with clients to identify gaps, and then design practical, customized solutions to promote a healthy culture, and an engaged and productive workforce. 

Robyn holds a Master’s Degree and Graduate Certificates in Strategic Human Resource Management, and Organizational Design from Royal Roads University.  She is certified in ProSci Change Management Methodology, and is certified in the ToP facilitators essential competencies, through ICA Associates.
