Era of Megafires

Greater Vernon businesses have an opportunity to learn more about wildfires and the impact on communities.

The Era of Megafires: A Multimedia Learning Experience will be shown at Okanagan College Nov. 5 from 7 to 9 p.m. The event will also include a panel discussion with Vernon fire chief David Lind and Barb Ramovs, Okanagan College geography and environmental science professor.

Era of Megafires is a production of the U.S. Forest Service and North 40 Productions.
