North Westside Fire Barbecue Fundraiser
The annual North Westside Fire Rescue BBQ fundraiser goes Saturday, August 10th from 2:00 to 8:00 pm in the amenities area of La Casa Cottage Resort, 6808 Westside Road.
For $12 choose a Burger, Smokey or Veggi-burger with a salad and a drink. Hot dogs for children are free and there’s also pop, water and ice-cream available.
It’s an action packed event with music and entertainment, a live auction, an auction for children, a 50-50 draw and plenty of door prizes! Net-proceeds go to support the North Westside Firefighters Society which has purchased over $100,000 in life saving fire rescue equipment from past fundraising BBQ’s.
