Mental health webinar
The Canadian Business Resilience Network hosts a webinar Wednesday, April 29 at 11 a.m.
We all juggle work, finances, family and social demands, but the unexpected circumstances like the one we are experiencing now can cause multiple stressors to coincide.
Mary Ann Baynton, director of collaboration and starategy from Workplace Strategies for Mental Health (compliments of Canada Life) will discuss building resilience when stressors are high.
She will share factors that can test our resilience and strategies to help us cope and bounce back. Mary Ann will also talk about ways you can encourage your employees to do the same. Lastly, she will point to some free resources you and your employees can use in the weeks and months ahead.
