On Wednesday, February 26, environmental, cultural and human rights advocate, and Nobel Peace Prize nominee Sheila Watt-Cloutier will provide a global perspective on climate change and a vision for the future during a special event held at the UBC Okanagan Commons Lecture Hall (COM 201). Following the keynote speaker, hear from a panel of experts who will share their thoughts on how we’re adapting to climate change in the Okanagan in the areas of agriculture, health, emergency response, and water resources.
