DESCRIPTION:Expand your talent pool and connect with student talent across UBC Okanagan\, Thompson Rivers University and the University of Northern British Columbia. These three institutions\, through the Interior & Northern Work Integrated Learning (INWIL) Initiative\, have developed an employer resource hub to support and address the regional challenges faced by our local small and medium sized organizations when it comes to engaging student talent. Along with these resources\, INWIL is hosting a number of events for local organizations in the region. The 'Expand Your Talent Pool: Introduction to Engaging Student Talent' events will introduce what work-integrated learning (WIL) is\, and how to access and engage student talent in your organization. You will be introduced to the INWIL project and how the project integrates into the future of our regional economy\, as well as get a first-hand look at the INWIL website hub\, resources\, and upcoming employer education events.
